After Making the Paypal Payment for the selected program, Please Fill the registration form to enter your child information and Paypal payment ID. Then submit it to us. If you are registering more than one child, after submitting the first child's information, go back to our website and select "Enter Your Child Data" tab on the left hand side and fill the information for each additional child.

 

Once this transaction is completed a Paypal receipt for your purchase is emailed to you. You may log into your account at www.paypal.com/us to view details of this transaction.

    My child is covered by medical insurance and any special medical conditions will be stated. The Organizers and their representatives are not responsible for any injury or damage that may occur. I authorize session staff to act on my behalf in emergency. I agree to MSA’s- No refunds policy which states that only an MSA credit will be issued for future MSA activities. For Camps: No refund, only a credit will be issued towards future MSA activities if I cancel at least 7 days before camp session start date. No credit will be issued if I cancel less than 7 days before camp session start date. No exception for cancellation due to medical or any other reason.
